Membership

There are several types of CASBHC membership. Each type is based on a membership year of January 1 to December 31.

Sponsoring Organization members are primary sponsors of operational school-based health centers in Colorado. Dues for a Sponsoring Organization member are based on the organization's annual operating budget. If you are interested in becoming a Sponsoring Organization,  please contact  the CASBHC office at 303-399-6380 prior to completing the application form

Collaborating Organization members have a contractual affiliation with an operational school-based health center in Colorado. Effective for 2011, annual dues for a Collaborating Organization Member are $110.00.

Associate members are organizations or individuals who support CASBHC's mission and goals.  Annual dues for an Associate Organization Member are $110.00 and $40.00 for individuals.

Dues are payable by check. Please send your check with a completed application form to 1801 Williams Street, Suite 400, Denver, CO  80218.
