Each year, the Colorado Association for School-Based Health Care recognizes the outstanding achievements of our constituents in the following categories:

Outstanding Medical Provider
Outstanding Dental Provider
Outstanding Mental Health Provider
School Health Professional or Educator
Innovative School-Based Health Intervention
Community Partner or Champion
Lifetime Achievement Award

Not all categories may be awarded each year, and in some years, more than one winner may be recognized within a given category. Call for nominations will generally be publicized through our enewsletter and other member communications in February each year. Nominations are reviewed by a committee of CASBHC members and staff.
