The Colorado Association for School-Based Health Care is working
with The Colorado Health Foundation’s School-Based Health Care
Initiative. In this four year state-wide initiative, CASBHC will be
providing training and technical assistance to school districts,
health centers, non-profit organizations, and communities that are
beginning discussion about the development of a school-based health
center or mental and dental services.
CASBHC is gathering names of consultants who have expertise in many
areas that will help these communities develop a comprehensive
business plan to get their SBHC off to a successful start. Some of
the areas to be included are community engagement, clinical,
operations, human resources, fiscal, compliance, communication,
information systems, and evaluations.
The grant process includes a Community Readiness Assessment, a
planning phase that will include the development of a business plan
and then implementation of the plan.
If you are interested in being included on this list, please complete
our Consultant

your computer and email it, along with your resume, to
