CASBHC 2014 INSPIRATION AWARDS

The Colorado Association for School-Based Health Care annually recognizes the outstanding achievements of those in our school-based health center community. The CASBHC Board of Directors chooses winners from nominees submitted by members of the CASBHC community.

CASBHC is thrilled to acknowledge these school health leaders.

"Donna Shocks is a leader in our focus on the whole child in DPS. In her 18 years of service to the children of Denver, she has pioneered a variety of health improvements within our schools.Our system of schoo- based health clinics has grown and improved through her guidance.  The number of nurses serving our schools continues to increase at a rate that exceeds the growth of our student population." --John Simmons
